We originally stayed at the Wheelhouse Motel. But we lost our room and ended staying here. This place used to be called "The Chockle Inn". It was located below a hair salon. Great view of the harbour. To the left of this photo was a store that sold ice cream and on their patio someone was making hotdogs, suasages and hamburgers each day. Spent a couple of really tough days sitting in the sun, reading and drinking cold beer. When we needed to eat, we just shouted out to our new friend next door!
Ahh.... life was tough that summer!!
